Can I cancel my order?
Please contact me as soon as possible! If your order has not been shipped out yet, it can be cancelled and you will be fully refunded.
If your order was individually made, signed or personalized you can cancel within 12 hours.
My order is damaged! What can I do?
I'm not legally responsible for damaged orders. I pack all items with great care. However, in case of major damage, contact me with proof and we can discuss a new product or refund. Keep in mind that that's obligingness and not always the case.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Please contact me if you have any problem with your order.
A return is possible within 14 days.
That does NOT include the following items:
- Personalized orders
- Custom made products
- Digital Downloads
- Items that are on sale
In the case of a return it's the customer who has to pay for shipping and must pack the order in it's original package.
